School started back this week with Ben going into the 11th grade. This year is different because he is driving. Wednesday was the first day he drove himself to school and practice and then home. This was hard. For the past 10 years I have drove him to school and picked him up after practice and delivered his friends home. It is sad but also good for him. I just miss our talks in the car and singing to the songs we both know. I know this is all part of him getting older, but it is hard.
Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she smiles at the future. She opens her mouth in wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue. She looks well to the ways of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness. Proverbs 31:25-27
